Online Order Processing


All online orders may take 2–3 business days to process. We will contact you when your order is either shipped or ready for pickup

Until you receive notification, please assume your order is not ready.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Shipping


Items that are Oversized (Any item over 32" in one dimension) or Overweight (Any order with a total weight of 50 lbs or above) may be subject to additional charges. The customer will be contacted after the order has been placed.

Shipping Rates
  • Winnipeg: Flat rate of $10
  • Outside Winnipeg: Free shipping on orders over $75
Returns by Mail

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 580 Roseberry St, Winnipeg, MB R3H 1G4.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 580 Roseberry St, Winnipeg, MB R3H 1G4.


Returns


Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order arrives. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
  • Books
  • DVDs
  • Markers
  • Projectors
  • Lightboxes
  • Airbrushes
  • Aerosol sprays & spray paint
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”
  • Items not in original condition, or damaged/missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
  • Check your bank account and credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to post.
  • Contact your bank for further assistance.

Clearance / Final Sale Items 
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, clearance and final sale items are non-refundable.
